- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the worst eye care facility one can go to. During my visit: 1. The receptionist at the front desk first asked me if I wanted a receipt and when I said yes, she neither gave it nor indicate when I would get it. 2. The technician first asked me if I have had any headaches in the past and when I started describing a headache I had last summer, she rudely interrupted me and curtly said she was asking about recent headaches. 3. The doctor started badgering me with a single question about my discontinuing treatment in the past and then repeatedly accused me of disliking the doctor I was seeing 5 years ago. 4. The nurse did not send my prescription to the pharmacy on time and I had to call the facility thrice from the pharmacy to get them to send it. Meanwhile, they submitted claims exceeding $29,000 to my provider who rejected some of their claims and paid them less than 10% of the total!December 29, 2016by Ramesh Kaimal
