- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst experience ever. Arrived for my appointment at 3:15 and did not get taken care of until 5:00. Extremely unnecessary waiting time- I don't know what they are doing back there. I just needed a throat swab and to pee in a cup which should have taken less than 5 min. After waiting for 2 hours and finally being serviced it took over 40 minutes for me to get my tests done. Not to mention I was the only person left in the office at this point. Ended up getting charged more than double the amount I expected because I was given extra tests which included an extra swab.
